At the Gelato & Pastry Institute of America we provide programs that assist our students with their individual, frozen dessert needs.  Our programs range from the very basic steps a beginner needs to know and learn, to programs showcasing the most advanced techniques and traits known to the industry.  We also provide a variety of Expresso, Coffee, Pastry and Popsicle Programs for everything in between.  The goal of the Gelato & Pastry Institute of America is to take our 16 years of experience and offer you the most comprehensive course in the industry.

Immersion Gelato & Pastry Seminar

GPI America provides an Immersion Gelato & Pastry Seminar for existing gelateria shop owners.  This program gives our attendees an in depth look into the art of gelato making.  You will learn advanced techniques for creating, flavoring, and decorating your gelato, as well as how to offer more personalized products and pastries to attract a more sophisticated clientele.  This is not a beginner seminar and is only beneficial for those who already have the experience and knowledge of how to product gelato.
