We at the Gelato and Pastry Institute of America realize what it takes to run a successful pastry kitchen, great skill, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a great assistant. That is why we are taking the opportunity to introduce to you The Pastochef RTX Pastry Chef.

The Pastochef is a heating and cooling machine that allows you to no longer have to stand over the stove and stir your ice cream bases or pastry creams again. You or your assistant will never have to worry about burning a cream again. The Pastochef shuts down automatically when a cycle is complete. It also has 20 preset programs in several different languages that allow anyone to make anything from a ganache cream to temper chocolate.

Although this all sounds wonderful, we at GPI realize what makes all of you the greatest pastry chef's in the world is the uniqueness you bring to your craft and so the Pastochef allows you to prerecord and save your own programs or recipes for each item you make in the machine.
